Morgan Webber of Canby, whose team has already moved from the Pacific League to the Three Rivers may have to move once again.   Erick Olson takes a look at the issue of redistricting teams in Oregon &  offers some interesting insight.   Of course my question is why such a small state has more divisions than states that are vastly larger (say for example Ohio, which has only three) back east.   I would note that since Oregon went to the new classification Oregon has been non-competitive in the so-called Border Clash.  Sadly trophy inflation is unhelthy as greade inflation.   Both on the field and in the track most of us improve far easier with competition.
