I love to run. I also do triathalons, mostly sprint and some olympic distances. Um, I'm a pretty good student and in fact i'm kind of a nerd. But one of my favorite things to do when I don't have practice is to run alone on some trails, or take my dog running in the woods. I was pretty much a handful for my high school coach to deal with, since we liked to steal his hat and clipboard, or saran wrap his car. I don't think he minds too much, but he did tell me he needed to keep me on a leash.
Now I'm running for Augusta State University. Track season was short but pretty good: I ran some 3k's, 5k's and 10k's in the few meets that we went to (we don't have an official NCAA track program) and I'm running alot this summer, and working also. Its been good to go to some races....I've done some road races with ATC, a couple open track meets, and a triathlon series. Xc camp was amazing so was the Infusion apartment complex outreach over the summer. The XC season is over now: We finished 2nd in the Conference and 5th at Regionals. We're working pretty hard now in the off-season. Track's coming and I can't wait: only have a couple meets since we don't sponser NCAA track but it'll still be good.
