Monique Hardy has been dominating the weight throw in 2020, and this past week the Webster Thomas (NY) High School senior was recognized thusly, winning National Performer honors from Jan. 20-26 following her US No. 1 performance and double-win at the Trent Jackson/Cedric Walker Invitational.

Hardy continued her ascent up the national weight throw rankings, tossing her best throw of 2020 thus far in 63-feet. She added a shot put win with a mark of 40-feet, too.

Voters followed by tallying over 41-percent of the vote for Hardy, an LSU signee and one of the best recruits in the Class of 2020.

So many congratulations goes out to Hardy on the honor.
