Humphries Twins Verbally Commit To Oregon

Twin sisters Nicole Humphries and Samantha Humphries have been impactful and game changing pieces to the Flower Mound distance program. The two entered high school in 2021 and have been leaders on the Texas running scene ever since.

Now, they've verbally committed to continue their student-athlete trek and hope to have the same impact on the NCAA level at the University of Oregon.

The two Jaguar runners have helped Flower Mound win three UIL 6A cross country team titles as well as one on the track and field side. With range from the 800m through cross country, the twins are two of the most versatile runners in the state of Texas as well as nationally.

Last fall, Nicole won the UIL 6A cross country individual state championship with Samantha not even one hundredth of a second behind for the runner-up finish.

I can't wait to join this team of women and coaches who endlessly inspire me.
