Oregon high school track and field athletes posted several personal records during competition from April 20-23.
Brookelynn Ahrens (Hillsboro) won the long jump at the NWOC League Meet with a leap of 18-4, improving from her previous best of 15-0. The mark ranks #6 in Oregon and set a school record for Hillsboro.
Micah Goble (La Salle Catholic College Prep) threw 137-1 to win the discus at Parkrose, Hood River Valley @ La Salle on April 21. Goble improved from his previous personal record of 124-2.5 and now ranks #73 in the state.
Kaeden Tolliver (Beaverton) ran 22.77 in the 200 meters at Beaverton vs Southridge, placing second among 51 competitors. Tolliver improved from 23.35 and ranks #65 in Oregon. He also set a personal record in the long jump with 20-8.5, improving from 20-5.
Addison Selby (Sherwood) ran 11:31.60 in the 3000 meters at Sherwood @ Newberg, improving from 11:47.66 set in April 2026. The freshman ranks #139 in Oregon and #23 among freshmen statewide.
Mayah McIntosh (Hermiston) ran 13.05 in the 100 meters at MCC Scored #1, improving from 13.28 set in April 2026. McIntosh placed 11th among 29 competitors and ranks #112 in Oregon.
Ryder Howard (East Linn Christian Academy) ran 51.66 to place second in the 400 meters at 2A SD2 @ Toledo. Howard improved from 52.71 set in April 2026 and ranks #73 in the state. He also set a personal record in the triple jump with 39-10, improving from 38-9.
Thomas Paris (Sunset) threw 45-6.5 to place fourth in the shot put at Sunset @ Aloha. Paris improved from 43-4 and ranks #81 in Oregon. He also set a personal record in the discus with 101-11, improving from 97-11.
