NORTHWEST CROSS COUNTRY CLASSIC

RACE DATE: SEPTEMBER 20, 2014
Registration: High School and Middle School Registration is ONLINE at www.athletic.net Registration will be available on-line from September 1st to Tuesday, September 17th. No entries after Tuesday, September 17th 10pm PST.
Entry Fee: High School -$150, includes both genders and unlimited JV entries. Middle School and clubs - $25, includes both genders. $5 per athlete for middle school-age athletes not on a team. No late entries accepted. NO day of race entries accepted. Please make checks payable to Lane Cross Country. Please mail entry fee prior to race (Lane CC, ATTN: Mike Blackmore, 4000 East 30th Ave, Eugene, OR 97405), or hand deliver payment on race day.
Course: The course will consist of several loops on a firm grass surface, with some light sawdust trails, a few short hills, and concluding with a fast finish on the running track. Course maps are posted online at www.lanetitans.net and will be in coaches packets on race day.
Varsity Races: A maximum of seven runners per team can compete in a varsity race. All teams must enter using www.athletic.net
Junior Varsity Team Races: Includes all divisions and up to 10 entries per gender. All teams must enter using www.athletic.net
Junior Varsity Open: Includes all divisions and unlimited entries.
Middle School: Includes all divisions and unlimited entries. All teams must enter using www.athletic.net

10:00 Middle School Girls 3,000 Meters
10:40 Middle School Boys 3,000 Meters
11:15am 1A/2A/3A/4A High School Varsity Girls 5,000 Meters
12:00pm 1A/2A/3A/4A High School Varsity Boys 5,000 Meters
12:40pm Junior Varsity Girls Team 5,000 Meters
1:20pm Junior Varsity Boys Team 5,000 Meters
2:00pm 5A/6A High School Varsity Girls 5,000 Meters
2:40pm 5A/6A Varsity Boys 5,000 Meters
3:20 Junior Varsity OPEN 5,000m
Awards: Top 10 boys and girls, and team trophies will be presented near the finish line following each varsity race. Top 7 boys and girls from Junior Varsity Team races will be presented awards at the end of the finish chute.
Concessions and meet t-shirts will be available beginning 30 minutes before the middle school races.
